T-Bolts

Over the years we’ve seen a surge in the usage of plastic wedge style anchors and cast iron T-bolts. The problem is the embedded nuts in plastic wedges pull through with little effort and cast iron is susceptible to corrosion. As a result, we designed and patented a T-bolt that is both strong and highly corrosion resistant. Our T-bolt is made from 304 stainless steel and features a top down bolt head design keeping pigs’ feet safe. In our strength tests the bolt snaps in half before the T-bolt is damaged due to the force of extreme over tightening! The bolt threads have a nylon patch applied to prevent loosening, so equipment stays where it is put.
